摘要
文章论述了广东省立中山图书馆抓住广东省财政支出项目资金使用情况实行绩效评价的契机,利用《ISO 11620信息与文献图书馆绩效指标》构建了文献资源建设和服务系统绩效评价体系的基本框架,探索图书馆走向全面科学管理的路向。
This article expounded that Sun Yat - Sen library of Guangdong Province grasped the chance, which performance measurement was carried out in the course of fund＇s using of the finance payout items, designed the basic frame of document resource construction and service system performance measurement by using 《ISO11620 information and documentation - library performance indicators》, explored library should tend towards overall scientific management.
