数字电视是一个全方位宽带网络系统,对数字图书馆建设的主要影响有:增加终端用户、扩充网络带宽、提高服务针对性,丰富信息资源,促进关键技术的完善和标准化进程,解决知识产权保护问题等。可以通过数字电视平台开展专业频道播出、视频点播、远程教育、数字参考咨询等服务项目。
The digital television is an omni -directional wide band network system, will have the very tremendous influence to the digital library construction, for example, the digital television will increase the terminal user of digital library, will expand the network band width, will enhance serves pointed, will enrich the information resource, will develop the essential technology, will promote the standardization, will solve the intellectual property rights protection problem, and so on.
