摘要
文章从图书馆行使权力应以法律为依据,为保障读者获取信息自由权利应创建科学合理的组织形式和管理水平,并建立读者监督、管理和评价图书馆工作的机制等方面进行了探讨。
This article analyzes the matters as follows： exercising its rights according to law, setting up scientific organization and management modes to guarantee readers gaining information freely, and establishing the mechanism of supervision, management and appraisement by readers.
