低成本制备SOFC电解质材料YSZ粉末的研究

Investigation of Low-cost Preparation of YSZ Powder for SOFC Electrolyte

对乙酸法与柠檬酸法制备的SOFC电解质材料———YSZ粉末进行了对比研究,以寻求价格低廉、性能优良的YSZ制备方法。通过TG/DTA、XRD、SEM等检测手段对实验结果进行分析检测,得到优化制备工艺,并对实验结果进行了分析和讨论。

Comparative study is made of YSZ powder for SOFC electrolyte prepared with acetic acid citric acid in order to find a low-cost and high-performance process to prepare YSZ. The test results are analyzed by TG/DTA, XRD, and SEM and optimized preparation process is obtained. Analysis and discussion is made on the test results.
