Application of Double Phase Stainless Steel in Kela 2 Gas Field

双相不锈钢,由于具有很高的机械强度和优异的抗腐蚀性,特别是抗CO2和Cl-腐蚀,在化工、造纸、海水系统、电站、船舶等行业得到了广泛的应用,近年来在国外石油天然气行业、特别是海上油田中逐渐推广。克拉2气田属海相沉积气田,气田水矿化度高、CO2和Cl-含量高,对一般钢材具有强腐蚀性,根据腐蚀试验结果,双相不锈钢是最佳的材料选择。

Due to very high mechanical strength and anti-corrosivity,especially CO_2 and Cl^-resistant,double phase stainless steel is widely used in chemical,papermaking and boat making industries and used gradually in abroad oil and gas industry,especially offshore oil fields in recent years.Kela 2 Gas Field belongs to sea phase sediment gas field,with high mineralization of water and high CO_2 and Cl in gas field water,which has strong corrosivity on general steels.Test results show that double phase stainless steel is the most suitable one for Kela 2 Gas Field.
