摘要
克拉2气田是西气东输工程的主力气田,日产天然气3 000×104m3,单井产量300×104~400×104m3/d,气田具有异常高压、高产、高温、高含CO2及高含盐的特点。介绍了克拉2气田内部集输集气工艺的优化情况,具体包括集气管网布置、气液混输、水合物防止、井口计量、腐蚀控制等方面的选择确定。
Kela 2 Gas Field is the most important gas source of 'West-to-East Gas Transportation Project',with a capacity of 3 000×10~4m^3/d and 300×10~4m^3/d to 400×10~4m^3/d for individual well.The gas is characterized of abnormally high pressure,high production,high temperature and high CO^2 and Cl^-content.Introduced are optimum conditions of internal gas gathering techniques for the gas field,including gas gathering pipeling network layout,gas/liquid mixed transportation,hydrate control,metering at wellhead,corrosion control,etc.
