摘要
埋地管道防腐层服役时间长,损坏后不易发现和维修,因而对其性能要求高,通过对聚烯烃防腐材料分子结构、介质温度、老化机理及特征的论述;对聚丙烯、聚乙烯、熔结环氧防腐层主要性能的对比,认为聚丙烯防腐层是最适合于克拉2内部集输埋地管道的防腐材料。借鉴国际标准提出了克拉2工程中聚丙烯防腐层的主要指标要求。
Due to long-term service,it is not easy to detect and repair for buried pipeline anticorrosion coating damage;therefore it shall have good performance.Described are molecular structures,media temperature,aging mechanism and characters of polyolefin anticorrosion materials.Comparisons are made between main performances of polypropylene,polyethylene,clinkering epoxy anticorrosion coatings.The results show that polypropylene anticorrosion coating is the most suitable corrosion control material for internal gas gathering and transportation buried pipeline in Kela 2 Gas Field
