摘要 1型糖尿病由于自身免疫的损害造成胰岛β细胞破坏,引起胰岛素绝对缺乏,呈现高血糖症状。目前仍无有效的根治方法。非肥胖型糖尿病小鼠(NOD)能自然发生1型糖尿病,是目前研究1型糖尿病的主要动物模型。该品系小鼠有独特H2g7单倍体(Kd、I Ag7、I Enull、Db),通常于4~5周龄开始出现胰岛炎,进行性破坏胰岛β细胞,于12周龄时出现明显糖尿病症状,至30周龄时雌性小鼠累计发病率可达到80%,而雄性小鼠则不到20%。 Type-1 diabetes is the result of autoimmune destruction of insulin-secreting pancreatic β cells, which leads to insulin absolutely deficiency and hyperglycemia. There is still no radicle cure method for that. Nonobese diabetic(NOD) mice spontaneously deveIop type-1 diabetes and are considered to be one of the best animal models for human insuIin-dependent diabetes mellitus. The mice of this strain have an unusual H-2^g7 haplotype (K^d、 I-A g^7 、I- Enull、D^b ) ,show Insulitis and progressive destroy of beta cell of islet at 4 ~ 5 weeks of age and exhibit diabetic symptoms at 12 weeks of age. The cumulative incidence of the onset up to 30 weeks of age is 80 % in females, but less than 20% in males.
