摘要 缺血后处理通过抑制中性粒细胞活化,减少氧化剂介导的损伤,抑制细胞内和线粒体内钙超载,抑制再灌注心律失常而发挥心肌保护作用。它似乎与缺血预处理拥有相同的受体及细胞内通路,保护作用相似。但缺血后处理具有更强的可控性,因而更具研究价值和临床实用意义,其器官保护机制、临床实施时机及其有效性,值得深入研究。 Postconditioning can protect myocardium by inhibiting neutrophil activating, reducing oxidant=mediated injury and inhibiting intracenular and mitoehondrial calcium overload and reperfusion arrhythmia. It seems to have the same acceptor,intracenular pathway and the effect as preconditioning. But postconditioning is more controllable, then it have more clinical value. The mechanism of the protection, the time of clinical practice and the availability deserve deeply researching.
