摘要 对落叶松蒸汽爆破法制浆(SEP)进行了研究。试验结果表明,在预浸药品(Na2SO3/NaOH)用量12%/1%、蒸煮时间4min和爆破压力2.0~2.4MPa的条件下,落叶松SEP比其CMP具有比较优越的桨张性能;汽蒸和爆破处理不仅使纤维在胞间层分离,而且导致纤维表面等改变。热诱导木素磺化软化和半纤维素水解基础上的“微观热软化效应”概念可以合理解释主要实验结果。 Steam-explosion pulping(SEP) of larch (Larix Gmelini Rupri) was investigated. A concept of ' Microeffect of Heat-induced Softening' based on lignin softening and hemicellulosic hydrolysis is proposed to elucidate the main experimental results. The results show that SEP produced with the condition of chemical(Na_2SO_3/NaOH)charge of 12%/1%, cooking time of 4 min and explosion pressure of 2. 0-2. 4MPa, is superior to CMP in pulp and paper properties. Both pulping and refining energy consumption of SEP are much lower than that of CMP.In addition to fibre separation in lamella, other important changes in the fibre surfaces and wood structure are also found in SEP.
