BS－3型变张力单点控制复卷机的数学模型

Mathematic Model of the BS-3 Single Point Control Rewired with Varying Tension

采用主电机测速器、制动器测速器、半径传感器、制动器及控制柜组成的ＢＳ－３型变张力控制系统，比用张力反馈式控制系统结构更简单、操作更方便、控制效果更好。本文对ＢＳ－３型变张力单点控制的原理及加速过程建立了实用的数学模型。

he BS-3 model control system with varying tension is composed of a tachometer generator of the main motor,a tachometer generator of the brake,a radius sensor,a brake and a control cabinet. This system is more simple in structure,more convenient in mianipulation and more effective in control compared with the tension feed back control system. A useful mathematic model for the principles of the system and its accelerating process was established.
