摘要
合成了1种新型单体丙烯酸羟乙酯基羟氯丙基顺丁烯二酸酯,它是1种含羟基的单丙烯酸酯,主要指标为:酸值(KOH)《10 mg/g,环氧值≤0.01当量/100 g,黏度20 mPa·s(25 ℃),该化合物可用作UV涂料的活性稀释剂以及用于不饱和聚酯的稀释剂.通过实验得到了如下工艺条件:实验的反应物配比n(顺丁烯二酸酐)∶n(羟乙酯)∶n(环氧氯丙烷)=1∶1.02∶1.07;第1步催化剂对甲苯磺酸的用量为羟乙酯和顺酐量的0.3%;第2步催化剂二甲基咪唑的用量为总投料量的0.15%;第1步反应时间为0.5 h,反应温度为85~90 ℃;第2步反应时间为2~2.5 h,反应温度为120 ℃.
It was a process for the synthesize of hydroxyethyl acrylate hydroxy - chloride propyl maleate. It was a kind of hydroxy monoacrylic ester and the main factors were as follow: acid number 〈 10 mg KOH/g, the epoxy value≤0.01 Eq/100 g, the viscosity was 20 mPa·s(25℃). It could be used as active thinner of UV curing coatings and thinner for unsaturated polyester. The molar rate of maleic anhydride to 2 - hydroxyethyl acrylate and epichlorohydrin was 1 : 1.02: 1.07. The quantity of toluene- p - sulfonic acid, catalyst used in the first step was 0.3% of that of the 2 - hydroxyethyl acrylate and epichlorohydrin and the reaction need 0.5 h at the temperature of 85 - 90℃, the quantity of 2 - methyl - imidazole catalyst used in the second step was 0.15% of all that of reactants and the reaction need 2 ~ 2.5 h at the temperature of 120℃.
