摘要
研究了镁碳砖用酚醛树脂合成配方和工艺,得出了最好的配方和工艺;合成出来的酚醛树脂满足优良结合剂必须具备的标准,在实际生产中使用效果良好。
In this paper, synthetic technics of the phenolic resin for preparing the charocal brick of magnesium was studied and the phenolics abtained using recipes and crafts at the best synthesis was satisfied, the standard which fine binder must have good results in actual production use. In the test, the mass ratio of formaldehyde/ phenol was between 1.0 and 1.3, 50% NaOH (mass ratio to water) was used as catalyst and was 0.01 ~ 0.015 of phenol, pH value in reaction system was 8 ~ 9, the reaction temperature was controlled between 80 ~ 90 degrees and reactive time was 1 ~ 2 h so that that molecular of resin was controlled between 300 ~ 400 and then ethanediol was added, system was cooled to 60 degrees and neutralized with 36% acetic acid so that pH of system was between 6.5 ~ 7.0 and finally dehydrated at vacuum down up to - 0.08 MPa untiU the viscosity increased to 15 ~ 2 Pa·s.
