摘要
Fe3O4nanoparticles were prepared by a new method-microwave method.It took only 8 seconds to obtain Fe3O4 nanoparticles.Compared with several traditional methods,Fe3O4nanoparticles which were made by microwave method are of dimensionaluniformity,high efficiency and low cost.The sample was characterized by XRD,TEM and HRTEM.
