Synthesis of 2-chloroethyl acrylate by transesterification

摘要 2-Chiorethyl acrylate was synthesized by transesterification of methyl acrylate and 2-chloroethanol.The effects of species and amount of catalyst and inhibitor,material ratio and reaction temperature on reaction yield were investigated.The optimum reaction conditions were determined that the molar ration of p-toluenesulfonic acid,hydroquinone,methyl acrylate to 2-chioroethanol was 0.06:0.05:3:1 and reaction temperature was 100°C,Under these conditions,the conversion was 95%,yield 90%. 2 - Chiorethyl acrylate was synthesized by transesterification of methyl acrylate and 2 - chloroethanol.
