摘要 结合实际工业过程模型,通过仿真曲线指出阶梯式广义预测控制算法(SGPC)参数调节的困难,并对其参数进行重新组织,得到了γ增量型阶梯广义预测控制算法(γ-SGPC),仿真结果表明其参数调节的简单直观性。通过在一套600MW火电机组的1:1仿真系统上对其烟气含氧量进行快速平稳的控制,说明γ-SGPC算法的实用性。 Based on the actual industrial process model, some simulations were performed to show the difficulty while tuning the parameters of stair-like generalized predictive control (SGPC) algorithm, and then the parameters were re-organized to get γ-type incremental stair-like generalized predictive control ( γ-SGPC) algorithm which was shown by simulation studies to be intuitionistic while tuning the parameters. The oxygen content of fume was controlled fast and steadily at a 1:1 emulational system of 600MW thermal power plant unit, and the result shows the practicality of γ -SGPC algorithm.
