基于Petri网的医疗信息整合工作流建模与分析

工作流技术是实现信息系统集成的一种有效手段。医疗信息整合(IntegratingtheHealthcareEnterprise,IHE),是针对复杂而异构的医院环境,基于医疗标准的一种通用的医疗信息系统集成的新规范。基于Petri网理论,利用工作流技术,将IHE规范作为医疗信息系统集成问题到Petri网模型的桥梁,给出一种形式化、规范化的医疗信息系统工作流集成方法,构建了基于Petri网的医院信息系统工作流模型。为医院的医疗信息系统集成的仿真及对医疗服务信息系统工作流的分析、验证与优化提供了理论基础。

Workflow is an efficient way to realize the integration of information systems. Integrating the Healthcare Enterprise （IHE） is a common new specification for the integration of healthcare information systems based on the healthcare standard in the heterogeneous healthcare environment. An integration method for the formal specification healthcare information systems workflow was proposed, which bases on Petri net theory and uses workflow technology with IHE as a bridge from the problem of integration for healthcare information systems to Petri net model. This method provides a theory base for analyzing, verifying and optimizing the healthcare information systems workflow.
