奥林匹克运动是人类社会创造的文化成果,体现出丰富的精神内涵,具有重要的教育价值．本文剖析了奥林匹克精神中的五个原则,并结合高校师资队伍建设的现状,旨在鼓舞和激励广大教师积极进取、奋力拼搏,努力把高校建成“培养社会优秀人才的摇篮”,为人类和社会的发展做贡献．

The Olympic Movement,as the achievement in cultural development ot the society, gives expression to diverse spiritual implications and embodies significant education value. Considering the status guo of the faculty building in the U niversities, the paper analyzes the five principles of the Olympic spirit, aiming at encouraging and stimulating the faculty to make active efforts to contribute to the University construction in the direction of training talented people, which will benefit the whole society.
