摘要
采用共沉淀法合成了SnO2-ZnO复合氧化物催化剂,以废聚醑(PET)和异辛醇(2-EH)为原料合成增塑剂对苯二甲酸二辛醑(DOTP).实验结果表明,合成DOTP的最佳工艺条件为:反应温度为210-220℃,PET: 2-EH为1:3.8(摩尔比),催化剂用量为PET质量的13.10%,反应时间为3 h,产品收率可达96.18%.
SnO2-ZnO composit oxide was prepared by coprecipitation method. Di - octyl terephthalate (DOTP) was synthesized by using waste PET and 2- EH as materials. The optimal conditions for synthesizing DOTP were as follows: the reaction temperature is between 210 - 220 ℃, the molor ratio of waste PET to 2- EH is 1:3.8 and the quality ratio of catalyst to waste PET is 13.10%, the reaction time is 3 hours, the productivity of DOTP is up to 96.18%.
