摘要
韩国教师任用制度的诞生有着特定的历史背景,并在漫长的历史变迁中逐步得到完善。韩国教师任用制度的一个重要特征是,规定不论何种院校的大学毕业生都要参加严格的国家教师任用考试合格后才能被任用为新教师。介绍韩国教师任用制度建设的基本经验对于改革与完善中国的教师任用制度具有很强的现实意义。
The appointment institution for teachers in Korea came into being under the given background and has been gradually improved in the long history. The most important feature of the appointment institution for teachers in Korea is that any graduate who graduates fi:om colleges or universities at any level must pass the rigid examination organized by the government for teachers" appointment firstly, then can be appointed as a new teacher. The introduction to the experience of the appointment institution for teachers in Korea can provide some important reference for the reform and improvement of the appointment institution for teachers in China.
