摘要
“关键能力”的培养是国内外教育界讨论的重要课题,在我国提倡和推行素质教育的政策下,这种讨论对我国更有借鉴意义。文章从“关键能力”的概念在德国提出时的社会经济背景入手,阐述了现代劳动者的能力素质要求,进而介绍和分析了关键能力培养理念在德国的起源和发展脉络,呈示了德国教育界在对“关键能力”讨论中的各种主要思想。
under the circumstances that our country advocates and pursues the policy of the quality-oriented education,the discussion on the cultivation of the key ability as a major subject in the education circles home and abroad,has special reference to our country. The paper,starting with the social and econimic background in Germany under which the concept of key ability was firstly proposed, expatiates the quality requirements to the modem hbourers,introduces and analyzes the original and developmental process of the concept of the key ability cultivation in Germany,eventually to present a variety of important thoughts during the discussion on key ability in German education circle.
