摘要
建立清宫止崩颗粒中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定方法。采用HPLC法,Kromasil C18色谱柱,流动相:甲醇-0.05mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(70:30),检测波长:241nm,流速:1ml·min^-1。盐酸水苏碱线性范围1.5~7.5μg,r=0.9996,回收率(n=6)为99.03%,RSD=1.57%。本方法分离效果好,准确可靠,是控制清宫止崩颗粒内在质量的有效方法。
A HPLC method was established for determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Qinggong Zhibeng Granules. A Kromasil C18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.05mol · L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate (70 : 30) and the flow rate was 1ml · min^-1. The detecting wavelength was 241nm. The linear range of stachydrine hydrochloride was 1.5-7.5 μg, and the average recovery (n =6) was 99.03%, RSD=1. 57%. The method was accurate, reliable and with good separation. It was effective for quality control of Qinggong Zhibeng Granules.
