摘要
建立清宫止崩颗粒中盐酸水苏碱的含量测定方法。采用HPLC法，Kromasil C18色谱柱，流动相：甲醇-0.05mol·L^-1磷酸二氢钾溶液（70：30），检测波长：241nm，流速：1ml·min^-1。盐酸水苏碱线性范围1.5～7.5μg，r=0．9996，回收率（n=6）为99．03％，RSD=1．57％。本方法分离效果好，准确可靠，是控制清宫止崩颗粒内在质量的有效方法。
A HPLC method was established for determination of stachydrine hydrochloride in Qinggong Zhibeng Granules. A Kromasil C18 column was used. The mobile phase was methanol-0.05mol · L^-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate （70 ： 30） and the flow rate was 1ml · min^-1. The detecting wavelength was 241nm. The linear range of stachydrine hydrochloride was 1.5-7.5 μg, and the average recovery （n =6） was 99.03%, RSD=1. 57%. The method was accurate, reliable and with good separation. It was effective for quality control of Qinggong Zhibeng Granules.
