摘要
该设计采用框架式省煤器固定结构,并自由支承在省煤器支承梁上,以避免固定装置与支承梁的现场焊接。省煤器支承梁与锅炉框架梁的连接方式除了自由支承结构以外还介绍了导向结构,以减小支承梁的挠度并提高其强度。计算强度和挠度时不再考虑通风,计算温度直接取用烟气温度。
In this design conception, the framework fixing arrangement is adopted for economizer. It is freely supported on the support beams of economizer to avoid the site welding between fixing arrangement and support beams. Besides the free support structure, the guide structure is also recommended as connecting form of economizer support beams and boiler frame beams to reduce the deflection of support beams and increase the strength thereof. The influence of draft is not considered during strength and deflection calculation, and the flue gas temperature is be adopted as the calculation temperature.
