摘要
目的:建立鱼腥草挥发油中有效成分甲基正壬酮的气相色谱分析测定方法。方法:色谱条件为填充色谱柱(3mm×2m),程序升温:90℃(0.5min)10℃·min^(-1)130℃(0.5min)3℃·min^(-1)137℃(0.5min)1℃·min^(-1)140℃(0.5min)10℃·min^(-1)180℃(1 min);FID 检测器,采用外标标准曲线法。结果:甲基正壬酮浓度在0.151~0.604mg·mL^(-1)范围内呈线性关系(r=0.9995),鱼腥草样品的进样精密度(RSD)为1.6%,24h 内稳定性 RSD 为3.8%,平均回收率为99.3%,RSD 为2.5%。结论:该法简便、灵敏,易操作,可用于测定鱼腥草挥发油中甲基正壬酮的含量,并为鱼腥草植物资源的开发利用奠定了基础。
Objective:To set up a method to determine methyl - n - nonyl - ketone in volatile oil of Herba Houttuyniae by gas chromatography. Methods: A filled in column was used and the temperature of column (3 mm × 2 m)was programmed. The FID was used as detector and external standard curve was used. Results: The standard curve was in good linearity over the range of 0. 151 -0. 604 mg ·mL^-1 (r =0. 9995). The average recovery was 99. 3% with RSD of 2. 5%. Conclusions:This method can be used for quality assessment of Houttuynia cordata Thunb. It is rapid, sensitive, precise with good reproducibility.
