摘要
目的:采用 HPLC/UV/MS 法对鼓槌石斛进行指纹图谱研究。方法:采用 Agilent Zorbax SB-C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以乙腈和0.05%甲酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长265nm;柱温25℃。结果:得到分离度较好的鼓槌石斛 HPLC/UV 指纹图谱,并用 HPLC/MS 对其部分色谱峰进行了初步归属。结论:本方法可用于鼓槌石斛指纹图谱的测定,并为其全面质量控制提供参考。
Objective:To establish a method to detect the fingerprint of Dendrobium chrysotoxum Lindl. by HPLC/ UV/MS. Methods:Separation was performed on Agilent Zorbax SB -Cis column(250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm). Gradient elute was performed by the mobile phase consisting of acetonitrile and 0. 05% formic acid with the flow rate of 1.0 mL ·min^-1, the detection wavelength of 265 nm, and the column temperature of 25 ℃. Results: Perfect fingerprint was obtained which could be used for the evaluation of Dendrobium chrysotoxum Lindl. Nine common peaks in the fingerprints were confirmed by HPLC/MS. Conclusion:The method can be applied to the quality control and studies on chemical constituents of Dendrobium chrysotoxum Lindl. crude drug.
