桑叶中黄酮类成分的含量测定

Determination of flavonoids in Folium Mori

目的:建立了不同产地桑叶药材中黄酮类成分(芦丁,槲皮苷)的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为 Merck RP-C_(18)(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相采用甲醇-0.5%的磷酸溶液梯度洗脱,检测波长358nm,流速1mL·min^(-1),柱温:25℃。结果:芦丁在0.10～1.01μg之间、槲皮苷在0.06～0.60μg之间有良好的线性关系。结论:本法操作简便,检测灵敏,有很好的重复性和稳定性,能一次性测定桑叶中2种有效成分的含量,为桑叶的质量控制提供了很好的依据。

Objective： To determine the contents of flavonoids （ rutin and quercitrin） in Folium Mori from different sources. Method：The determination was performed by HPLC,using Merck RP -C18 （250 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm） , methanol -0. 5% phosphoric acid gradient elution as mobile phase. The flow rate was set at 1.0 mL ·min^-1 and the column temperature was set at 25 ℃. the wavelength of ditector was 358 nm. Result：The result of the content determination shows that rutin and quercitrin have good linear relation from 0. 10 μg to 1.01 μg and 0. 06 μg to 0. 60 μg respectively. Conclusion：The results show the method above is accurate, rapid and reproducibility, which would be beneficial for the quality control of this drug.
