摘要 社会发展趋势表明,自有品牌的成长与发展将是未来零售业的主要趋势,谁抓住了社会发展的历史去向,谁就在未来社会竞争中取得相对优势。扩大销售网络,树立良好商业形象,与供应商建立密切合作的关系,完善本企业品牌管理,适应市场需求,适时实施本土零售企业自有品牌战略显得极为重要。
