摘要
运用无溶剂合成方法,利用较低成本的氯乙酸为原料与二甲硫醚反应,合成新型水产动物诱食剂——氯化羧甲基二甲基锍。该化合物通过1HNMR、13CNMR、MS和元素分析证实了其结构。通过正交实验法,获得较佳反应条件:反应温度为75℃,反应时间12h,n氯乙酸:n二甲基硫醚=1:1.18,收率达到72.2%。
Carboxymethyl dimethyl sulfonium chloride as a novel aquatic feed attractant was synthesized with chloroacetic acid, methyl sulfide and in solvent free system. Its chemical structure was determined by ^1HNMR, ^13CNMR, MS spectra and elemental analysis. Optimum reaction condition was obtained by orthogonal test, which reaction temperature was 75℃, reaction time 12h and n (chloroacetic acid) : n(metyl sulfide)=1 : 1.18. Yield of the product was 72.2%.
