摘要
介绍一种IP模式工厂化农业湿温气参数测控装置的研制,主要包括该装置的原理以及传感信号就地数字化和频率化、电阻式高分子湿敏传感特性优化、高精度频率测量、消除温度影响湿度传感、在线通用编程及IP模式接口等6个核心技术。理论和实践结果表明,该测控装置具有测量范围广、精度高、通用性好和应用范围广等特点。
The design of measurement and control device based on IP for humidity/temperature/CO2 parameters in factory agriculture is presented. It includes mainly the instrumental theory and six key technologies. They are the direct digitization and frequencization of sensor signals, optimization of macromolecule resistance sensing characteristics, high-precision frequent measurement, eliminating the temperature influence to humidity, online universal programming and IP mode interface. The results show the device possesses some characters, including large measuring range, high precision, good versatility and much application and so on.
