摘要
研究了20~1MHz范围内数字阻抗分析仪中相敏检波器的设计原理,并详细介绍了基于该原理的信号采集原理、关键参数的计算、功能电路的设计,及以DSP为核心的相敏检波器实时算法。实践表明,该新型相敏检波器的研制成功使得阻抗分析仪的整机性能和性价比都较传统仪器有了很大的提高。
The theory of a novel digital phase detector in 20~1MHz impedance analyzer is proposed. The signal sampling theory, the calculation of key parameters, the design of function circuits, and the real-time algorithm based on DSP are described in detail. The results indicate that using the impedance analyzer implemented with such a novel phase detector can tremendously improve its performance and the performance-price ratio, comparing with the traditional instruments.
