珍稀濒危植物夏蜡梅总生物碱含量分析 被引量:8

摘要 对不同海拔高度、不同居群的夏蜡梅营养器官总生物碱含量进行测定,并分析了与环境因子之间的相关性。结果表明:①不同海拔高度夏蜡梅不同营养器官均含有生物碱,总生物碱含量以叶片最高,其余器官的含量均较低,叶片的总生物碱含盘均显著高于其它营养器官。而其它营养器官之间差异均不显著。②阳坡的夏蜡梅叶片总生物碱含量显著高于阴坡,其余器官在阴、阳坡之间的含量差异不显著。③7个居群夏蜡梅叶片总生物碱含量存在较大差异.变化范围在1.4681%~2.5576%之间,平均为2.1580%。④通径分析显示,土壤氮含量对夏蜡梅叶片总生物碱含量起正相关作用.土壤磷含量起负相关作用。而有机质、海拔、土壤pH值均可以间接通过土壤氮含量对叶片总生物碱含量起正相关作用。 The content of total alkaloids in different nutrient organs of S.chinensis at different altitude and different population were determined and their correlations with the environmental factors were analyzed also. The results showed as follows: (1)Alkaloids existed in all the nutrient organs of S. chinensis at different altitude. The content of total alkaloids in the leaves was the highest, while others were relatively low. There was significant variation between that in the leaves and that in the other nutrient organs, while there was no significant variation between the other two nutrient organs. (2)The content of total alkaloids in the leaves of S. chinensis on the sunny slope was significant higher than that on the shady slope. There was no significant variation between the content of total alkaloids in the other organs on the sunny slope and that on the shady slope. (3)The content of total alkaloids in the leaves of S. chinensis from different population was from 1.4681% to 2. 5576 % with a mean 2. 1580 %. (4)The path analysis showed the content of soil nitrogen had positive effect on the content of total alkaloids in the leaves of S. chinensis, while the content of soil phosphorus had negative effect. The organic matter, altitude and soil pH value had indirect positive effect on the content of total alkaloids in the leaves via affecting the content of soil nitrogen.
