摘要
本文应用运筹学方法对企业生产计划制定问题进行分析，建立了多目标线性规划模型，利用计算机求解给出产品结构的优化组合方案，制定生产计划。
With the help of operational research , the article offers a method for enterprises to make production plan, set up mulitobjective linear programming model, use computer to make a project for the optimum combinatory product structure, so as to increase efficiency of production element dispostion
