业务流程再造作为一个先进的管理理念正在我国大型黄金矿山深入推广应用。文中重点阐述了黄金矿山业务流程再造的基本概念、内容、原则和方法,基本业务流程构成,业务流程再造实施的基本框架和步骤,并以胶东某大型黄金矿山为例进行了业务流程再造的实践研究,指出了业务流程再造中应注意的4个问题。
