摘要
排山楼金矿引进诺德伯格超细碎技术设备后,为了与碎矿能力相匹配对原有磨矿与分级系统进行了技术改造。对二段MQY3200×6000球磨机进行了提高充填率技术改造,使球磨机钢球充填率由32%提高到42%,q0值由0.57 t/(m3.h)提高到0.79 t/(m3.h);对500mm水力旋流器内部结构及工作参数进行重新设计与调整,缩小进浆口尺寸,增加溢流管插入深度,相对提高水力旋流器工作压力与分级停留时间,进而提高水力旋流器分级效率和处理能力。通过以上技术改造,排山楼金矿磨矿与分级系统处理原生矿石能力由技术改造前的1 750 t/d提高到1 985 t/d,技术改造效果非常显著。
The former the grinding and classification circuit was reconstructed in technology for the grinding circuit to match the reformed crushing circuit after Nordberg superfine grinding technology in Paishanlou Gold Mine. The ball charging rate of the second stage MQY3200×6000 mill was increased from 32% up to 42% ;q0 value was increased from 0.75t/(m^3 ·h) up to 0.79t/(m^3· h) ;The internal structure of theФ500 cyclone was resigned reducing the inlet size, increasing the inserting depth of the overflow pipe which comparatively increase the working pressure and classify detaining time, so as to increase the classifying efficiency and working capacity of the cyclone. Through above technical reconstruction the operating capacities of the grinding and classification circuit were increased from 1 750t/d up to 1 985t/d. The benefits made by the reconstruction are very obvious.
