RP-HPLC法测定玄麦甘桔颗粒中甘草次酸含量 被引量:12

摘要 目的建立玄麦甘桔颗粒中甘草次酸的含量测定方法。方法采用RP-HPLC法。色谱柱为Kromasil C18柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),紫外检测波长为248nm,流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(体积比为89:10:1),流速为1.0mL·min^-1,柱温为23~25℃。结果甘草次酸在15.2~243.2mg·L^-1内峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系,其回归方程为A=2.474×10^5.p-7.920×10^5,(r=0.9999),平均回收率为98.6%,RSD=0.79%(n=9)。结论RP-HPLC法可用于玄麦甘桔颗粒中甘草次酸的含量测定。 Objective To establish the content determination method of glycyrrhetinic acid in Xuanmai Ganju grains(traditional Chinese medicines). Methods A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was used. The measurement conditions were as follows: kromasil C18 column (200 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) ; detection wavelength: 248 nm; mobile phase: methanol-water-acetic acid( V : V : V = 89 : 10 : 1 ) ; flow rate: 1.0 mL.min^-1 ;column temperature: 23- 25 ℃. Results The linear ranges of glycyrrhetinic acid was 15.2 - 243.2 mg.L^- 1. Its equation was: A = 2. 474 × 10^5 p-7. 920 × 10^5, ( r = 0. 999 9). The mean recovery is 98.6 %, RSD = 0.79 % ( n = 9). Conclusions The methods is suitable for the determination of the content of glycyrrhetinic acid in Xuanmai Ganju grains
