棉纺翼锭加捻过程中几个问题的讨论

A Discussion of the Relative Problems in the Flyer Twisting Process of the Cotton Spinning

对棉纺翼锭加捻过程中的加捻点、加捻区、纱条真捻的获得及捻度的变化规律等问题进行了理论探讨和实验研究，证实该加捻过程唯一的真实加捡点为锭翼侧孔．锭翼顶孔不仅有捻陷与假捻作用，而且有阻捻作用．使用假捻器时，对纺纱段纱条的增捻效应是假捻及阻捻现象共同作用的结果．

In this paper, the twisting point, twisting region, Bain of the real twist and the change law of the sliver twist in the flyer twisting process of the cotton spinning are studied. It is confirmed that the side hole of the flyrs is the sole the real twisting point in the twisting process.There are not only the“twistpitfall”an false twist function, but also the resisting function, at the flyer top vertical hole. When the false twister is used, the increasing and of the twist in the sliver of the spinning segment is together resuled from the false twisting and resisting twisting function.
