摘要
介绍了采用压力传感器来检测货物质量的方法,在阐述了压力传感器检测原理和框架车称重原理之后,根据现场测试数据进行了曲线拟合,并建立了称重的数学模型,提出了称重系统硬件和软件的具体实现方法。试验表明:在测量范围内,检测误差为0.6~0.8t,符合设计要求。
A method of goods mass tested using the pressure sensor is introduced. After expounding the detection principle of pressure sensor and the weighing principle of the carrier-vehicle,the curve fitting is done based on the site experimental data and the mathematic model of the weighing system is established. A spceific realization method of the hardware and solfware of the weighing system is proposed. Experiment shows that detection error is 0.6 - 0.8 t in the measurement range. This is in agreement with design requirement.
