造纸中段废水与生活污水合并深度处理工艺 被引量:2

Deep treatment process in mixing wastewater from pulp industry with domestic sewage

摘要 采用水解酸化+CAST+混凝+复合滤池与水解酸化+接触氧化+混凝+复合滤池2种组合工艺对造纸中段废水与生活污水进行合并处理对照试验。结果表明,两种工艺都是切实可行的,二级出水均可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)二级标准,深度处理出水可达中水水质要求。其中以水解酸化+CAST+混凝+复合滤池组合工艺效果最好。 The sewage mixed wastewater from pulp industry with domestic sewage is treated deeply by two different process including process of hydrolytic acidification and CAST and coagulate precipitation and complex filter tank as well as process of facuhative pond and contact oxidation and coagulate precipitation and complex filter tank. The experimental result showed that the two different processes are all practical. Effluent of secondary grade treatment can meet secondary standard of "Sewage Comprehensive Discharge Standard"(GB8978-1996). Effluent processed deeply can achieve water quality standard of ordinary water. Process of hydrolytic acidification and CAST and coagulate precipitation and complex filter tank of them is most effective.
