关于开放教育学生自我管理的思考

On Open Education Students' Self-management

大学生自我管理是高校整个管理工作的重要组成部分。本文针对电大开放教育学生的情况和特点,结合多年的管理经验,提出几点对策以提高开放教育学生自我管理的能力,培养适应现代社会发展的应用型新型人才。

Based on the analysis on the characteristics of open education students at Radio and TV Unuversity,this article proposes the university should create a favorable environment and atmosphere to cultivate the self-management abilities of students,while students of Radio and TV University should be self-esteem,independent,self-discipline,tenacious and increase their selfmanagement abilities.
