Development on energy-saving technology of direct-refrigerating refrigerator

摘要 设计出冷冻室高效蒸发器,采用横、竖盘管混排结构冷凝器及防凝露管节能设计,实施了双稳态电磁阀控制的高效制冷循环,分析并匹配了NBM III6Y高效压缩机,使用环保节能制冷剂HC-600 a,应用双重门封及门一体发泡技术,采用复合绝热体设计等措施,研制的BCD-188CHS电冰箱最大负荷日耗电0.39度,节能状态下达0.31度。能效等级达我国1级、欧洲A++级。回收期1.8年。 High efficiency evaporator with chilling chamber was designed. It adopted composite cross - vertical coil condenser and moist - proof tube which save energy. High efficiency cooling cycle controlled by bistable magnetic valve was implemented. This paper analyzed, matched high efficiency compressor NBMⅢ6Y, applied green energy - saving refrigerant HC - 600a, and utilized double doorseal and integrated door foaming technology. Compound isolator was used. The power consumption of BCD - 188CHS refrigerator designed by us is 0.39 kW. h per day in peak load, 0.31kW. h in energy - saving state. Energy efficiency level accesses Class 1 standard in China, A + + standard in Europe , and recovery period spans 1.8 years.
