主要介绍语义Web中表达能力和推理能力很强的一种本体描述语言——OWL,给出OWL与RDF转换的实例,并介绍用VisualC++编制的相互转换程序。

With the development of Internet, information expansion leading to current situation that is lack of knowledge in abundance of fact datum. How to obtain useful information from the data of magnanimity effectively and quickly and how to transmit, exchange, obtain information more conveniently become an issue in hi-tech. This article introduces OWL which is rich in ability to express and reasoning in Semantic Webby providing the instance of mutual conversion between OWL and RDF and a program developed by Visual C＋＋ to deal with mutual conversion between them.
