Solving the Problem of Knowledge Poverty to Construct a Harmonious Society

知识贫困问题已成为制约我国进一步发展的严重障碍之一,也是我们构建和谐社会必须跨越的一道鸿沟。改革开放以来,我国的知识贫困状况有了很大的改善,但仍有大量的人口处于知识贫困状态,而且知识贫困存在严重的地区差异、城乡差异和性别差异。文章针对我国知识贫困的现状,在构建和谐社会的大框架下,从知识贫困的涵义和特点出发,提出了解决知识贫困的策略。

The knowledge poverty has become an important obstacle that restricts our country＇s development, and a wide gap we must surmount to construct our hamonious society. Though great improvement has shown since our reform and opening, lots of people are still in knowledge poverty, and, there is serious regional difference, gender difference and difference between town and country. In terms of the sitnation, this paper proposes several tactics to solve the knowledge poverty to construct a harmonious society.
