我国义务教育经费投入存在的问题及对策

我国义务教育存在着经费投入不足、投资比例欠妥、缺乏科学的管理监督等问题,因而制约了义务教育的正常发展,加大了地区和城乡之间基础教育发展水平的差距。我国应加大对基础教育的投入,根据居民收入合理分担教育成本,加强教育经费的管理监督,加快教育法制建设,促进我国基础教育的正常、均衡发展。

There exist many problems in free education such as financial shortage, irrational percentage of input and lack of scientific supervision. Consequently, they prevent basic education from its normal growth and widen the regional or Urban-rural gap in basic education. Emphasis should be laid on the input in free education, on the management of educational finance and the building of Educational Act for pursuit of normal and steady development in basic education.
