大学生的党建工作是加强和改进大学生思想政治工作中的重要组成部分。要从理论上提高,从党章学习教育入手,发挥大学生党员的先锋模范作用,必须从党性教育做起,落实到具体实践活动中去。形成一个党员就是一面旗帜,时刻体现共产党员的先进性。

Party work toward college students is an important part of ideological and political work in higher institutions. It must be done in practice as well as in theory and party constitution by bringing into play the positive factor of student party members.
