摘要
以菜油水化油脚为原料,经真空浓缩,流质化处理制成流质菜油磷脂产品。研究了在配合饲料中添加该产品的工艺技术,以及添加不同含量的流质菜油磷脂颗粒饲料对猪的日增重、料肉比、屠宰率、瘦肉率及提高饲料效率、改善猪肉脂肪等方面的饲养效果。
The paper introduces the producing process of fluid phospholipid from rapeseed oil, feeding technique of product as a feed additive and feeding effect which includes increase weight/day, the ratio of meat to feed, the rate of muscle, the rate of fat and so on.
