On Ways to Make Marriage Contract Better

婚姻财产制度是婚姻法学领域一项十分重要的制度,是婚姻中夫妻权利义务关系的重要组成部分。根据我国新《婚姻法》的规定和当前的实际,对我国夫妻共同财产制、个人财产制以及约定财产制进行探讨,对我国夫妻债务承担问题进行分析,提出了进一步完善我国婚姻财产制度的法律思考。

Marriage contract is an important part in the sector of Marriage Law, stipulating the right and responsibility of husband and wife. This paper is intended to present some ways to better marriage contract based on a study of common property, individual property and contracted property in the marriage relation according to the New Marriage Act.
