摘要
应用热力学第一、第二定律和有效能分析法对罗茨鼓风机进行了详细的热力学分析,导出了罗茨鼓风机排气温度、有效能损失和有效能效率的计算公式,从而为罗茨鼓风机节能途径的探讨和气力压运系统中高温空气的处理,提供了必要的理论基础。
By using the first and the second laws of thermodynamics, the paper analyses working principle of roots blower, establishes several formulas to calculate the temperature of exhaled air, effective energy loss and efficiency of effective energy, finds out a theoretical foundation for saving energy of roots blower and treatment method of high temperature air in a positive pneumatic conveying system.
