摘要
采用胶囊化技术制备三辛胺(TOA)的明胶-海藻酸钙复合膜胶囊,考察其在硫酸介质中萃取Cr2O72-的传质动力学.通过对渗透系数的测定,得出了适于微胶囊萃取的最佳条件:海藻酸钠质量浓度为0.7%,明胶质量浓度为5%-6%,V水/V油=3 :2。
Encapsulation has been used to prepare the gelatin-sodium alginate compound membrane capsule containing Cr2 O7^2-, and the transferring kinetics of the extraction of Cr2 O7^2- in H2 SO4 has been studied. The experimental results show that the best condition was 0. 7%sodium alginate , 5%-6% sodium alginate and the ratio of V水/V油 is 3 : 2.
