摘要
在6种不同恒温条件下,观察了嗜虫书虱各虫态的存活率及成虫的繁殖力,进而组建了嗜虫书虱在6种恒温条件下的实验种群生命表。分析结果表明,卵期孵化率在25℃中最高,在35℃中则明显下降。若虫期存活率以28℃中为最高,30℃次之。在6种温度中的世代存活率和雌虫平均产卵量均呈抛物线趋势。在试验范围内的种群增长指数可以用二次抛物线方程表示。在20℃~35℃范围内,种群世代数量都是上升的趋势,在最适温度下繁殖一代,种群数量约增加7.81倍。
The survival and fecundity of Liposcelic entomophila E. were observed under six constant temperatures from 20~35℃ and an experimental population life table was developed. The results showed that the influence of temperature on the survival percentages of this kind of stored product insect pest was different during different developmental stages.The highest survival percentage of whole generation and the average numbers of the eggs liad per female at 28℃ and the lowest at 20℃. There fore both the survival percentage of the generation and the average number of eggs laid by per female showed a parabolical trend at six constant temperatures. The trend indexes of population calculated from the life table may be expressed by the parabolic equation. The results of calculation by the equation showed that the population of the insect pest from generation to generation tended to grow within the range of 20~35℃ and the highest increasing rate reached to about 7.81 times at the most favourable temperature 27. 83 ℃.
