食用植物油中掺假的鉴别和分析方法的研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用皂化法、荧光法、色谱法以及红外光谱法对食用油中掺入矿物油的鉴别、分离和分析方法进行了研究,方法具有样品用量小、快速、准确度高的特点,适用于食用油中是否掺加工业矿物油的分析. The test method and procedure of identification, separetion and analysis of edible oils mixed with mineral oil by saponification method, fluorescence method, chromatography method and infrared spectroscopy are discussed. The method has the characteristics of high accuracy, quickness and low consamption. It is applied to the identification of mineral oil in edible oils.
